European logistics property has risen up the agenda of investors around the world. In 2016, a third of capital into the sector was sourced from outside of Europe, according to JLL data, and there are no signs of this abating with huge interest still from Asian investors – Korean, Chinese, Singaporean and others – and from North America especially.

The European logistics sector will continue to evolve and change driven by mega trends, including shifts in global economics, demographics, urbanisation, rapid technology revolutions and sustainability, that will re-shape supply chains.
